• Location Data (optional): only if you grant location permission for specific features (e.g., location-based attendance). Location is collected according to your OS permissions and used only for the stated purpose.

7. App Permissions

The app will only request permissions if required for specific features (e.g., ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION for location processing, CAMERA for QR scanning). You can revoke these permissions through your device settings; however, some features may not work properly without them.

• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of their data (subject to legal exceptions).
